14 days, no questions, no friction. If your kid doesn't take to the app, take the refund.
How it works in one line. Email hello@getcreatorpilot.com with your license key, we refund through Stripe within one business day.
Who's eligible
Anyone who bought a Single or Family license in the last 14 days. We don't ask why. We don't ask you to fill out a form. We don't ask you to talk to a chatbot.
What you'll need
- The email you used at checkout, or
- Your license key (looks like
CP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), or - The Stripe receipt you got from us.
Any one of those three is enough.
What happens after
Stripe refunds the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your license key is deactivated; the app falls back to a read-only mode that lets you export any in-progress projects you don't want to lose.
After 14 days
If something has genuinely gone wrong — a bug we missed, an OS update broke things, a kid lost a project — write us anyway. We've never said no to a fair request.
